1. run a race every month begining in March
2. 5k PR of 26:00
3. Get in and out of those pedals without falling on my face
4. Place in the top 10 in my age group just once in 2011
I also desperately want to take deep breaths, stay calm, stay rested, and stay positive for these guys!

ReplyDeleteAwesome goals. I really like one about of placing in the top 10 of the age bracket. I'm always focused on pace and finishing time.
